A little more about me
Hi, I’m Lindsey Burch, a proud Southern Maryland Realtor® who truly loves guiding people through the waters of homeownership—whether it’s buying your first place, upgrading to fit your growing family, or selling a home filled with memories. Real estate isn’t just my career, it’s my calling. I believe every client deserves a trusted guide who brings both knowledge and heart to the table.
Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is my family. My husband is my rock, and together we’re raising two beautiful boys who keep me on my toes and remind me daily why “home” matters so much.
I’m passionate about always sharpening my skills so I can better serve my clients. I consistently take classes and pursue new designations to stay ahead of the curve. I proudly hold the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist), RENE® (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), ePro® (technology & marketing), GRI® (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), and AHWD® (At Home With Diversity) designations. Each one represents my commitment to giving my clients the highest level of expertise and care.
In 2025, I followed a dream and created my own real estate team, The Burch Property Group. Building a team has allowed me to extend my passion beyond my own business and create a culture where clients know they are supported by more than just one person—they’re backed by a group that shares the same values of service, integrity, and results.
I’m also a proud member of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors®, Maryland Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. These memberships ensure I stay connected, informed, and committed to upholding the highest standards in real estate.
